Deadly flood in Parwan, Afghanistan kills 190 people

September 3, 2020: Deadly flooding in Parwan, Afghanistan has claimed lives of at least 190 people.

Floodwater completely destroyed 1,055 houses and almost 3 000 were partially damaged.
