A light tremor has been felt in Kathmandu valley at around 12.55 am on May 24, 2016.
Nepal's National Seismological Center (NSC) has recorded magnitude 4.2 tremor at 12:54 am Monday mid-night. The quake's epicenter was located in Dhading district.
According to NSC, this is an aftershock of 2015 Gorkha earthquake. The epicenter was located near Naubise SW of Chhatre Deurali.
Light to weak tremor was felt in Dhading, Gorkha and Kathmandu valley. No preliminary damage or injuries have been recorded.
