Three tornadoes ripped Cool, Tolar and Stephenville; 4 injured

At least three tornadoes have been confirmed in Cool, Tolar and Stephenville area of Texas injuring four people and damaging several buildings.

The National Weather Service confirmed an EF-1 tornado in Tolar Tuesday night. Four people were injured as tornado hit Tolar in Hood County.

A tornado touched down at 6:08 p.m. Monday in Cool, in western Parker County which damaged seven homes along and north of U.S. 180.

A tornado lashed Stephenville city of Texas for the first time in more than 20 years Tuesday morning causing damage to dozen of buildings.

According to the National Weather Service, an EF-1 tornado struck Stephenville, with winds between 86 and 110 miles per hour.

The storm damaged some structures at Tarleton State University and damaged roofs of the Lillian One Apartments.

No one was injured in Stephenville.
