Typhoon Koppu (local name: Typhoon Lando) has claimed lives of at least 18 people and injured 16 others in Philippines as of October 20, 2015.
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, one person is reported to be missing.
Power outages have been reported in Pangasinan, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Apayao, and Kalinga province.
Typhoon Koppu has brought agricultural damage of at least P5.9 billion, GMA Network reported quoting the Department of Agriculture.
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, fatalities are from Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Metro Manila and CAR.
Typhoon Koppu made landfall over Casiguran, Aurora in the Philippines on October 18 at 01:00 PHT. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has currently maintained Storm Signal No. 2 over the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Abra, Batanes and northern Cagayan, including Calayan and Babuyan islands.

Nueva Ecija and Isabela under state of calamities
Governor Aurelio Umali has placed entire province of Nueva Ecija under a state of calamity. Typhoon Koppu (Lando) killed at least two people in Nueva Ecija.
Typhoon Koppu has also promote a state of calamity in Ilagan City in Isabela province.
Koppu is forecasted to continue impacting the Philippines until October 22.
