Update
Nepal Seismological Center has recorded two tremors in Dolakha district. Magnitude 4.8 aftershock rattled Dolakha at 01:18 pm. Three minutes later, another light aftershock of magnitude 4.2 was recorded in the same region.
The epicenters are located near Sunkhani along Tamakoshi River.

Magnitude 4.5 moderate earthquake hit Ramechhap, Nepal at 01:18 pm Monday afternoon, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 32 km N of Ramechhap and 75 km E of Kathmandu. It was 6.2 miles deep.
At least 399 aftershocks have rattled Nepal since April 25 earthquake.
No preliminary damage or injuries have been reported.
