Tropical depression Bill has begun to turn northeast and will
continue to move through southeastern Oklahoma on Thursday. By Friday,
the center of Bill is predicted to be in southern Missouri.
Bill is expected to bring 3 to 6 inches of rainfall across eastern Oklahoma, northwest Arkansas and southern Missouri.
