Winter weather in Tennessee has claimed lives of at least 22 people in last six days, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) confirmed.
"Tennessee currently remains at a Level II-State of Emergency. The original elevation to a Level III – State of Emergency for this winter storm was at 9 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2015," TEMA mentioned in its 5 p.m. update.
Fatalities includes four from Knox County, three from Shelby County, two each from Williamson, Henry and Sevier County. Remaining fatalities are from Sumner, Sequatchie, Roane, Overton, Moore, Hickman, Haywood, Hamilton and Benton County.
At least 32, 698 customers were reported to be without power in Tennessee at 5 p.m., CST, on Feb. 22, 2015.
The American Red Cross has opened seven shelters in five counties with 311 occupants. Shelters have been opened in Overton, Putnam, Cumberland, White and Fentress County.

Tennessee Winter Weather Forecast
According to The Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA), West Tennessee is expected to have more winter weather tonight with snow, possibly up to a ½ inch, falling around 9 p.m., CST.
East Tennessee winter weather forecast shows fog overnight and Monday morning. Visibility of 1 mile or less can be expected.
Flood Advisories are in effect for a number of counties, including Montgomery, Robertson, Davidson, Williamson, Hickman, Giles and Perry counties. Similarly, winter weather advisories are in place for Hardin, Lincoln, Moore and Franklin counties.
