Landslide in Bosnia has claimed life of a person and injured three others. Landslide hit the central Bosnian town of Kakanj.
Landslide also destroyed seven houses built on top of a coal mine that was closed down 50 years ago, Euro News has written.
Among the injured, two children were pulled alive from the rubble by rescue services just hours after the incident. Injured people are having treatment at Emergency Department of the Cantonal Hospital in Zenica.
Prime Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton Munib Husejnagic and Mayor of Kakanj Nermin Mandra visited the area affected by the landslide in Kakanj, settlement Bare, Bosnia and Herzegovina Federal News Agency reported.
