Earthquake in Iran today shakes buildings in Dubai

M 5.1 moderate earthquake in Iran today shakes buildings in Dubai, officials at UAE’s National Center of Meteorology & Seismology (NCMS) confirmed.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 156 km northeast of Dubai and 273 km northeast of Abu Dhabi. It was 6.2 miles deep.

Many buildings were evacuated in Dubai. No damage or injuries have been reported.
