Indonesia earthquake shakes Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

M 4.8 moderate earthquake hits Indonesia today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 21 km ENE of Sibolga. It was 6.2 miles deep.

Tremor was even felt across Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur.

Magnitude 6.1 very strong earthquake in Banda Aceh, Indonesia claimed lives of dozens of people some days ago.
