At least 24 people have been evacuated after serious flooding in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Firefighters evacuated 24 people from a Rivermere complex in Lebanon. Nineteen people are living in an emergency center at Lebanon High School. Others have managed with friends and relatives.
According to the New Hampshire Homeland Security and Emergency Management official, floods have washed out roads in Sulllivan, Cheshire and Grafton counties.
Flood waters have also washed away a bridge to Washington making difficult for victims in access to emergency services, Boston.Com reported.
Flood damage has been found serious in Forest and Kimball streets near downtown Lebanon. A state emergency operations center has been opened.
