At least 200 people have been injured due to tornado in Efremov, near Tula, central Russia,The Moscow Times reported.
Tula Governor Vladimir Gruzdev declared a state of emergency during his participation in storm clean up.
Following Emergency Situations Ministry, Russian tornado damaged 179 houses, five schools and two kindergartens.
Tornado in Russia has also left about 1,500 people without electricity.
Around 3,500 Armies were deployed in the disaster area.
Government has promised compensation as much as 50,000 rubles ($1,500) to those affected by the tornado.
