One fourth grade student of Hobart Elementary School died and another went missing following a landslide in Lilydale Park, Peter Hobart Elementary School website reported.
Landslide occurred during a Peter Hobart Elementary School 4th grade field trip to Lilydale Park.
Firefighters and police officers rescued two other student from gravel slide. However one student is still reported missing and is presumed dead.
Next trip scheduled for Thursday for a second group of 4th grade students has been cancelled.
Lilydale Regional Park located in Lilydale, Minnesota is a popular site for finding fossils.
