Thunderstorm and landslides in Mizoram, India have claimed lives of 10 people with seven reported missing.
10 bodies, including five of women, have been recovered from landslide in Laipuitlang area in Aizawl, Rediff News reports.
Landslide also swept away nine houses in Laipuitland area.
Thunderstorm accompanied by strong squall hit Aizawl, the capital city of Mizoram and injured 16 people.
Injured people are having first aid at the Civil Hospital.
