Hailstorm in Assam, India injures 6

Hailstorm in Assam, India has injured six people. Hailstorm in Jorhat district in Upper Assam also destroyed more than 50 houses.

Hailstorm caused damage in Titabor, Rajabahar, Madhupur, Tipomia, Majuli, Numaligarh and Bongaon areas of Assam.

Hailstorms in Assam in April 2012 killed 3 people.
