M 5.1 moderate earthquake shakes Mindanao, Philippines today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 14 km NNW of Dumingag.
The occurrence of the temblor was inland-based and tectonic in origin. The quake was felt in Zamboanga City with intensity 3, intensity 2 in Dipolog City, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur and several other areas in the region.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
