-Worst affected area by Australian flooding are North Moree, Yarraman, Gwydirfield, Pallamallawa, Wee Waa and Bendygleet
-More than 2200 people evacuated from flood zone
-Mehi River forecast to burst its banks this morning which will then make the situtaiom much worse
-Disaster funding will be made available in Tenterfield, Greater Taree, Moree, Narrabri and Gwydir local government areas

-The State Emergency Service declared in New South Wales, the worst flood in 35 years
-17 helicopters for rescue mission
-Evacuation centres have been set up at the RSL at 21 Quintin Street and at the Roma Recreational Centre on the corner of George and Quintin streets

About 88,000 people will have felt light shaking of MMI IV. People in Port-Vila will have felt light shaking. Weak shaking will have felt in Norsup, Luganville, Port-Olry and Isangel region. It is the aftershocks of earlier M 7.1 very strong earthquake in Vanuatu.The earthquake happened in Vanuatu, of Vanuatu (population 165,000). The maximum altitude nearby is 1696m.
