Severe flood hits Bolivia — One killed in Cochabamba

January 20, 2021: One person died in Cochabamba, while around 13,000 people have been affected due to severe floods in Bolivia.

Recent floods have affected seven out of Bolivia's nine provinces. The worst affected areas are Cochabamba, Beni and Pando.

The Taquina river overflowed and damaged several houses and road sections.
