Sardhana Earthquake: M 3.7 earthquake felt in Delhi-NCR Region

April 12, 2020: Magnitude 3.7 light earthquake has been recorded in Uttar Pradesh, India today at 5:45 pm local time, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported.

According to the USGS, the quake's epicenter was located around 5 km SE of Sardhana and 67 km SSW of Delhi. The earthquake occurred at 10 km depth.

USGS received earthquake felt reports from Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and Gurgaon.

CM Arvind Kejriwal prayed for everyone's safety via twitter.

No preliminary damage or injuries have been reported.
