JAPAN: Magnitude 3.6 earthquake felt in Kyoto today

October 26, 2019: Magnitude 3.6 light earthquake has been recorded in Kyoto today, Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) reported.

According to the JMA, the earthquake occurred at 09:35 pm JST with epicenter in Kyoto-fu Nambu region.

The earthquake occurred at 10 km depth.

JMA seismicity 2 has been felt in Kyoto Nakagyo-ku and Kameoka-shi. The tremor was felt in Kyoto, Shiga, Osaka and Hyogo prefecture.
