February 20, 2019: An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 has been recorded in Thailand today at 04:05 pm THA.
The Seismological Bureau Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) measured the earthquake at the depth of 10km. The epicenter was located 29 km W of Phayao, Thailand.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), light to weak tremor with MMI II-III was felt in Phayao Phayao, Sansai Chiang Mai, Maerim Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Lampang.
No preliminary damage or injuries have been recorded.
