February 28, 2019: Kathmandu valley residents were welcomed with snowfall on Thursday morning.
The snowfall lasted for around 15 minutes at 6:45 am across the city areas of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur areas. However, the snowfall lasted for hours in the surrounding hills of Kathmandu valley.
Last snowfall inside Kathmandu valley was on February 14, 2007 A.D.
