According to USGS, the epicenter was located 6 km NW of Contoocook and 19 km WNW of Concord, New Hampshire. The earthquake occurred at 3.1 miles depth.
Tremor was well felt by the people of Warner, Concord, Henniker, Contoocook, Salisbury, Canterbury, Bradford, Weare and Hillsborough.
No damage or injuries have been reported.
