According to Nepal Police, atleast 66 people got injured by yesterday's earthquake. People have been admitted in hospitals with limb fractures and head injuries, while others had deep cuts. However, most of them have returned home after treatment.
According to medias, atleast six people injured in Lalitpur and five in Bhaktapur other than Kathmandu district.
Similarly, several people got injured in Bihar region of India as well. One person died due to heart attack in Muzaffarpur.

Dozen of people have been injured in Kathmandu as panicked people ran from their houses. However, no major injuries have been reported. Most of the areas had power outage (regular power cut) at that time.
According to Indian medias, tremor was even felt in parts of Bihar, India. It was felt in Muzaffarpur, Sitamarhi, Bettiah, Darbhanga, Raxaul and adjoining areas of Bihar.

Nepal Seismological Center confirms magnitude 5.5 aftershock with epicenter in Sindhupalchowk district. The earthquake occurred at 10:05 pm local time.
The epicenter was located near Helambu Tarkeyghyang. No preliminary damage or injuries have been reported. Sindhupalchowk was badly devastated by April 2015 earthquake. We are worried about the earthquake affected people currently living in temporary tents in this brutal winter.

We expect it as an aftershock with epicenter in Sindhupalchowk. Following the shaking intensity, the magnitude would be around 5.2. Official data yet to come.
Tremor was strongly felt in Sindhupalchowk, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Kathmandu and neighbouring districts of Nepal. People from Pokhara are also reporting the tremor.

The tremor was strong enough to send people out of their houses. Most of houses and building in Kathmandu valley have been evacuated. The epicenter isn't yet know. Nepal Seismological Center is down currently.
Important thing is where the current earthquake is a fresh earthquake or an aftershock of Gorkha earthquake.
