Wildfire in Douglas, Arizona burns 2,000 acres

A wildfire about 30 miles east of Douglas has burned approximately 2,000 acres as of Wednesday afternoon.

The Guadalupe Fire was reported at around 10 a.m. Tuesday, when it was covering about 50 acres in Hidalgo County, New Mexico, azfamily reported.

One hotshot team, one Type 2 initial attack crew and two fire engines, two helicopters and an air attack platform are struggling to control the wildfire in Douglas, United States.
