A light earthquake with magnitude 3.9 jolts San Jacinto, California at 00:39 midnight, the U.S. Geological Survey.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located  4km (2mi) NNW of San Jacinto. It was 9.5 miles deep.
