Nepal cold wave claims 2 lives

Cold wave has claimed lives of two persons in Mahottari and Jhapa districts on Wednesday.

In Mahottari, 52-year-old  Sujandevi Chaudhary of Banauli VDC died by severe cold, national medias reported.

Similarly, cold wave in Arjundhara -9 of Jhapa district claimed life of a 52-year-old Parshuram Darji.

 Dozens of flights from various western Terai districts have been cancelled including the flights from Bhairahawa, Dhangadhi, and Nepalgunj.

Several people in Terai regions are suffering from cough, fever and respiratory problems.

Cold wave has already claimed lives of two people in Siraha and Mahottari each and one in Parsa districts of Nepal this season.
