Bolivia Flood Emergency: 30 killed, 21,000 families displaced

Bolivia government has declared national emergency after floods and landslides claimed lives of 30 people and displaced 21,000 families over the past few weeks.

Fatalities are from La Paz, Beni, Cochabamba, Chuquisaca,Tarija and Potosì areas of Bolivia.

Floods and landslides in Bolivia have affected more than 80 municipalities.

Landslide in Caranavi area, about 180 kilometers from La Paz in Bolivia claimed lives of 16 people in September 2013.
