Light earthquake in Athens and Nelsonville, Ohio

M 3.5 light earthquake shakes Nelsonville and Athens region of Ohio today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located just 4 km ESE of Nelsonville and 14 km (9mi) NNW of Athens. It was 4.9 miles deep.

People of Albany, Amesville, Athens, Lancaster and Logan have felt light to weak shaking.

No damage or injuries have been reported.
