Heavy rain in Islamabad and Rawalpindi: Emergency at Nullah Lai


Emergency has been declared at nullah Lai after heavy rain hit Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Sunday morning.

According to Flood Control Unit, 105 milimetre of rain has been recorded in the areas.

Bad weather has also affected flights at the Benazir International Airport, Dunya news reported.

Met Office has predicted more rains in Islamabad and Rawalpindi in next 24 hours.

Islamabad is the capital and the ninth largest city of Pakistan.
