Floodwater sweeps bridge in Shangzhi City, China

At least three people have gone missing after floodwaters swept away a bridge in Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province of China.

According to the Shangzhi city government, floodwaters destroyed the Mayihe Bridge in Shangzhi and swept away two taxis.

Out of four people from two taxis, one managed to escape the disaster. Rescuers are searching for three missing persons, Xinhua reported.
