Environment Canada confirms tornado in southwest Saskatchewan

Environment Canada has confirmed a tornado in southwest Saskatchewan.

According to Environment Canada, tornado hit near the communities of Dollard and Shaunavon on Thursday evening.

Tornado knocked down trees but no injury has been reported.

Emergency workers have already engaged in disaster cleanup.

Environment Canada had issued thunderstorm warning for the region. Severe weather is predicted in Saskatchewan tomorrow.
