Tropical storm Bebinca makes landfall in China: 4 missing fishermen found

-According to  local marine authorities, four missing fishermen have returned to port safely.
-At least 42 flights have been cancelled at the Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
-An emergency response system is still in effect.

At least four fishermen are missing as tropical storm Bebinca makes landfall in South China, Xinhua reported.

Four fishermen have gone missing in the Beibu Gulf, local marine authorities said.

According to local meteorological department, tropical storm Bebinca made landfall at 11:10 a.m. in Tanmen Township in Hainan's city of Qionghai.

Train and shipping services across the Qiongzhou Strait have been suspended due to the arrival of tropical storm Bebinca.

An emergency response system is in effect and rescue ships have been send.

Meanwhile landslide in Luzhou, China has claimed lives of four people early today.
