Poland hailstorm damages 50 houses

Recent hailstorm in Poland's city of Radom has damaged more than fifty houses, Polskie Radio reported.

Strong gale followed by huge hailstorm damaged houses, downed power lines and trees.

Severe storm also hit Baltic coast of Pomeranian region. Firemen were busy to address 340 separate incidents of severe weather across Poland.

Poland Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued hydrological warning expecting sharp rise in water levels in coastal rivers of Pomeranian till 14:00, 22th May 2013.

Radom is a city in central Poland located 100 km south of Poland's capital, Warsaw.
