Floods in Afghan's Faryab claims 7

Flash floods in Faryab region of Afghanistan has claimed lives of seven people, Pajhwok Afghan News mentions.

Heavy rainfall has caused flooding in Garzewan, Balcheragh and Pashtonkot districts of Afghanistan. Floods destroyed more than 70 houses.

Road between Balcheragh district to the provincial capital has been washed away.

Afghanistan lies under the multi hazard high risk zone.
