Flooding in Balkh, Afghanistan claims 13

Flooding in Balkh, Afghanistan has claimed lives of thirteen people including two children, Xinhua News mentions.

Flooding occurred in Sholgara and Kashandi districts in northern Balkh province of Afghanistan.

Flooding in Balkh also washed away two schools and a clinic.

One year ago, on the same day flooding in Balkh, Afghanistan claimed 15 lives. Flooding occurred in Sholgara and Goshinda districts of Balkh province.
