Biggest summer storms in 50 years hit Chiang Rai, Thailand

Latest summer storm in Chiang Rai province of Thailand has damaged more than 1,400 houses.

Storm caused huge damage in seven different district of Chiang Rai province. Storm has also knocked down at least 11 high voltage electricity poles in the area.

Storm damaged at least 500 houses in Fang district of Chiang Mai Province.

Following Chiang Rai Times, this is the biggest summer storm in 50 years that locals in Mae Lao district of Chiang Rai Province have ever seen.
