-Good news, all 19 miners have been rescued. Fifteen Polish miners were rescued about 45 minutes ago, and the three others few minutes ago.
-Miners were trapped for about eight hours.
-Four miners were injured while evacuating. They were transferred to hospital.

-At least 19 miners are reported to be trapped in a Polish copper mine after tunnel collapsed.
-Incident occurred in Rudna mine in western region of Lower Silesia located 400 km southwest of Warsaw.
-Following Reuters reports, missing miners are out of contact. Miners are trapped 600 meters below ground.
-The quake in Poland has also cut communication lines.

-The earthquake happened in Legnica (population 523,596) . The nearest places are Legnica and Polkowice. The maximum altitude nearby is 1511m.
-GDACS has issued Green Earthquake alert in Poland.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 3 kmNE of Polkowice and 60 km SE of Zielona Gora. It was 2.3 miles deep.
Looking epicenter location and magnitude, light shaking of MMI IV will have felt by the people of Lubin and Polkowice. People of Cottbus, Lubin, Jelenia Góra and Wrocław will have felt weak shaking of MMI III.

A magnitude 4.5 earthquake in Legnica region of Poland in 2010 killed three people.
