-Official data:
52 deaths, 150 injured, 22 missing, over 1, 200,000 people affected and 2,340 houses damaged.
-State of calamity declared for at least 30 days in San Marcos, Quetzaltenango, Quiche and Huehuetenango.
-President Otto Pérez declared 3 days of national mourning.
-Around 760 people are currently in 10 temporary shelters.
-Following National Hospital of San Marcos, it has attended over 227 injured people since yesterday. Below is the Guatemala earthquake video.

-Though local medias are reporting 60+ killed, Official death toll stands at 48. Earthquake injured more than 150 people.
-The red alert is still in effect.

-More than 150 people are having treatment in St. Mark's Hospital.

-Death toll is at 60. More than 150 are still reported to be missing in San Marcos.
-About 100 houses totally damaged.
-Around 2,000 soldiers from a base in San Marcos are working to help with the disaster
-Landslides also blocked several highways in the west of the country.

-Death toll from Guatemala earthquake has risen to 10. Fatalities are from the town of San Pedro Sacatepequez, some 250 kilometers west of the capital Guatemala City.
-Panama, El Salvador and Honduras have offered their help with the rescue operation.

-Eight deaths confirmed after earthquake in Guatemala, according to local fire chief.
- The Minister of Energy and Mining informs that 73 thousand people are without electricity in the area following Guatemala terremoto.
-Today's Guatemala quake is the strongest quake since the terrible earthquake that hit Guatemala in 1976.

-Two people have been killed in San Marcos.
-Guatemalan president Otto Pérez Molina has called the Red Alert in the country after the powerful Guatemala earthquake.
-Nicaragua's disaster management has issued a local tsunami alert.
M 7.4 huge earthquake shakes eastern Offshore Guatemala today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 24 km S of Champerico. It was 26 miles deep.
Folowing USGS PAGER MAP, very strong shaking of MMI VII will have felt by the people of Champerico, Suchiate, La Libertad and Ciudad Tecun Uman. People of Ocos and Pueblo Nuevo Tiquisate will have felt strong shaking of MMI VI. Moderate to light shaking will have felt by the people of Guatemala City, Villa Nueva, Mixco, San Salvador and Tuxtla Gutierrez.
Guatemala lies in a major fault zone, known as the Motagua and Chixoy-Polochic fault complex. The most destructive earthquake in recent Guatemalan history was the 1976 quake with a magnitude of 7.5 which killed 23,000 people.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
