- Flooding in Scotland
-Heavy rain causes flooding and road disruption in Scotland. About 100 homes and 200 people are affected by the flooding in Comrie.
-The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) has issued eight flood alerts and 12 flood warnings in Argyll and Bute, Ayrshire and Arran, Central Scotland, Dumfries and Galloway and Skye and Lochaber.
-Flooding in Newton Stewart is believed to be the worst flooding in 50 years.
-The River Cree burst its banks and Flood water closed the A77 and A714 road.
-Flooding also reported in Comrie village, near Crieff in Perthshire. Flooding caused damage in Dunblane, Aberfoyle and Callander.
-A landslip closed the A83 in both directions at the Rest and Be Thankful in Argyll.
-Following ScotRail, Trains services between Glasgow and East Kilbride are closed by flooding at Thornliebank station and trains through Bishopton are also affected.
-The Muckle Spate floods of 1829 caused huge damage in Strathspey, in the north east of Scotland.

- M 5.4 very strong earthquake in Pakistan (@ 14 km depth) with epicenter located just 4 km SSE of Alik Ghund. Strong shaking of MMI VI will have felt by the people of Alik Ghund. Light shaking of MMI IV will have felt by the people of Khadan Khak, Pishin, Quetta, Kot Malik and Harnai. People of Loralai, Sibi, Chaman, Kandahar and Zhob will have felt weak shaking of MMI III.
17:54 UTC (local time Monday, November 19, 2012 at 10:54 PM @ epicenter) - M 4.9 moderate aftershock in Myanmar (@ 38 km depth) with epicenter located 51 km WNW of Mogok. Light to weak shaking will have felt by the people of Shwebo, Mandalay, Lashio and Maymyo.

17:25 UTC (local time Monday, November 19, 2012 at 11:55 PM @ epicenter) - M 5.2 moderate shallow earthquake Offshore Libertador O'higgins, Chile (@ 10 km depth) with epicenter located 65 km SW of San Antonio. Just a weak shaking of MMI II-III will have felt by the people of Cartagena, Melipilla, Santa Cruz, Las Condes, Puente Alto, Renca, Viña del Mar, Ñuñoa and Santiago.
16:45 UTC (local time Monday, November 19, 2012 at 01:45 PM @ epicenter) - M 3.1 weak shallow earthquake in Portland Urban Area, Washington
(@ 19 km depth) with epicenter located 7 km (5 miles) SW from Lake
Shore. It will have welll felt by the people of Beaverton, Wilsonville,
Portland, Ridgefield, Brush Prairie and Vancouver.
14:15 UTC (local time Monday, November 19, 2012 at 06:15:09 AM at epicenter) - M 5.8 strong earthquake in New Britain Region, Papua New Guinea (@ 10 km depth) with epicenter located 163 km E of Kimbe. Just a weak shaking of MMI III will have felt by the people of Rabaul, Kimbe and Kokopo.
09:44 UTC (local time Monday, November 19, 2012 at 07:44 PM @ epicenter) - M 4.0 light earthquake in Guerrero, Mexico (@ 31 km depth) with epicenter located 25 km NNE of El Coacoyul. Light to weak shaking will have felt by the people of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, José Azueta, Zihuatanejo, Petatlan and Ciudad Altamirano.

km depth) with epicenter located 13 km NE from Hawaiian Ocean View. It

-Flooding and downed trees closed several roads in Washington County. Following Washington County Roads website, more than 15 county roads are affected by recent floods.
-Heavy rain also caused flooding and mudslides all over Western Washington.
-The National Weather Service has forecast major flooding on the Skokomish River. Flood warnings were issued for parts of the Chehalis, Naselle, Newaukum, Satsop, Grays, Willapa and Skokomish rivers.
