Unconfirmed report of an earthquake felt in Sri Lanka today. Click here to report any tremor felt around your area.

-The earthquake was of magnitude 3.6 on Richter scale.
-No causality or damage reported.
-Earthquake was well felt in Colombo, central districts of Badulla, Nuwara Eliya and the eastern district of Ampara Sri Lanka.

No any news about this earthquake from Sri Lanka Geological and Mines Bureau too.

Still now, no any seismological center has reported about this Sri Lankan quake. Through the report what this blog has got, light to moderate tremor expected around Colombo.Update 17:58 UTC

People are reporting of Several earthquake tremor felt from parts of Sri Lanka to this blog. Several earth tremors reported from Colombo, Padiyathalawa, Hatton and Rathnapura area. However, no any seismological has yet reported about any earthquake in Sri Lanka today.

A minor tremor was experienced in several areas located within Nuwaraeliya, Badulla & Bandarwela of Sri Lanka, one week ago.
