By late today, Nepal seismological Center mentions about the two earthquakes. Two earthquakes were recorded in an interval of 12 minutes. The data (most reliable) are
M 4.9 @ 23:08 UTC, Bajhang-Darchula Border
M 4.4 @ 22:56 UTC, Bajhang-Darchula Border
Bajhang district, with Chainpur as its district headquarters, covers an area of 3,422 km² while Darchula district is bordered with India (don't be confused with Dharchula)

Getting report of two moderate quakes recorded in this region. USGS mentions just one quake

By 4:40 UTC (around 10:25 Nepali time), Nepal seismological Center don't mention ANY EARTHQUAKE TO HIT NEPAL TODAY

No any reaction from Nepal side! The reason may be the time was Monday morning when people were on their bed (it was around 4:53 AM in Nepal). Looking the distance from epicenter (comparing as felt in India), it must have felt in Mid Western, Far Western and Western region of Nepal.

Weak shaking is reported to be felt in Chamoli and Gopeshwar city of Uttaranchal, India!

It is remote mountainous area. The nearest populated area is Dasharath Chand with around population of Just 20,000!. Karnali Zone is one of the poorest and most remote regions of Nepal, not very accessible by road yet. There are airfields in all districts except Kalikot which is connected by seasonal roadways to Jumla Airport.

M 4.4 moderate shallow earthquake strikes Bajhang-Darchula Border, Nepal today (@ 35 km depth) with epicenter located 66 km E Dashrathchand. The earthquake was widely felt in Far Western region of Nepal and Uttaranchal and Uttarpradesh region of India too. Looking the intensity and depth, Light to weak shaking will have felt around epicenter.
