-Flash flood which caused due to overflowing of Pekalen river affected widely Kraksaan, Gading, Krejengan, Pakuniran and Pajarakan region of Indonesia
Recent Cyclones
- Tropical Storm "Iggy" killed 16 people till now with more than 3,00,000 people being evacuated. Most of the people in Java and Bali of Indonesia were killed by falling trees.
Other Disasters
- Wild Fire in Bainskloof Pass area of south Africa led the evacuation of about 100 people. The fire is approaching the Bainskloof Pass between Wellington and Ceres. The cause of the fire is still unknown
- Chilling Cold in Abu Dhabi city of United Arab Emirates made the Abu Dhabi Airport partially shut down due to severe fog today morning. The national weather bureau has forecast temperatures to drop further in the coming days
- Heavy snow fall in Istanbul, Turkey has raised its alert status to "red".108 international and 82 domestic flights were canceled.
