The large depth (@ 160.9 km depth) of earthquake has reduced its effect. About 1,909,000 people will experience light shaking. It will be lightly felt in vast area. People of Gorontalo and Luwuk, Indonesia will feel light shaking of MMI IV. Weak shaking will be experienced in Tondano, Manado, Tomohon, Bitung, Laikit, Laikit II (Dimembe), Poso region.
