The populated area of Podgorica (pop 156,985), Montenegro is at safe distance of 94 km far from the epicenter. It will be well felt above the epicenter.
17:04 UTC (local time 18:04 @ epicenter) - M 4.9 deep earthquake in Minahasa, Sulawesi, Indonesia with epicenter in Sea water located 38 km S of Tombulilata, Indonesia (@ 145.9 km depth). The epicenter is 69 km (42 miles) SSE of Gorontalo, Sulawesi, Indonesia. It is hard to be felt.

Sami: I didn't feel this as I was in a moving car at the time. People told me about it a little later. Some said it was a very big noise and thought it was stronger than it turned out to be. - M 2.9 shallow earthquake in Baja California, Mexico very close to Rio Mayor Solano, Estado de Baja California. People of Guadalupe Victoria area will feel it well (@ 12 km depth)
